Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to provide safe, courteous transport for guests around the campus. You will learn routes, assist guests entering and exiting shuttles, and maintain awareness of safety policies while upholding Towne Park's customer-focused service standard.

The role involves open availability and requires the ability to operate small vehicles, report issues, and communicate professionally with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check, MVR and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to vehicle leasing.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of shuttle safety policies and vehicle inspection.
• Able to drive manual and automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests safely to designated points within the facility.
• Learn and remember pick-up and destination points and routes.
• Greet guests and assist with entry/exit, using proper safety procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and communicate clearly by phone, radio or in person.
