Job summary

Legacy Parking Company is seeking a shuttle driver to transport passengers in a company-approved golf cart with safety and courtesy as top priorities.

You will inspect and maintain the cart, assist customers, and deliver a high level of service at all times. A valid license and at least one year of related experience are required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and understand verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional, friendly manner.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle with standard or automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely to company-approved destinations using a golf cart.
• Perform vehicle inspections, keep cart clean, and fuel/charge as needed.
• Complete pre- and post-shift paperwork, including inspections and maintenance reviews.
• Assist customers on and off the shuttle, including with luggage and personal items.
• Maintain shuttle appearance and report malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and thank each customer upon exit.
