Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to safely transport guests around the facility, providing courteous service and ensuring comfort. You will follow established routes, assist guests, and adhere to infection-control procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, background/MVR checks, and basic English proficiency. Training in wheelchair safety may be required, with open work availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen; must be 21+ due to vehicle leasing.
• Valid driver’s license at all times; annual/semiannual MVR checks.
• Wheelchair Safety Training as applicable by Towne Park.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle guests to approved locations; learn routes and follow infection-control procedures.
• Greet and assist guests, communicate courteously by phone, radio, and in person within 30 seconds.
• Inspect vehicle before each shift for proper operation; report issues to management.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and follow facility policies, including HIPPA-related guidelines.
