Job summary

Legacy Parking Company is seeking a shuttle driver to transport passengers in a company-approved golf cart with safety and courtesy as top priorities.

You will inspect and maintain the cart, assist customers, and deliver a high level of service at all times. A valid license and at least one year of related experience are required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience.

Position Summary

Deliver Legacy Parking's standard of service by safely and courteously transporting passengers to their destination in a company-approved golf cart.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify necessary supplies at the start of each shift.
• Perform vehicle inspections, keep the golf cart clean, and fuel/charge as needed.
• Complete pre- and post-shift paperwork, including inspection and maintenance reviews.
• Assist customers on and off the shuttle, including with luggage and personal items.
• Help maintain the shuttle's appearance and mechanical condition; report any malfunctions or safety hazards to your supervisor.
• Safely transport customers to company-approved destinations.
• Deliver Legacy Parking's standard of service with every customer: maintain the required uniform appearance, greet customers with the company greeting, answer questions, resolve issues professionally, and thank each customer upon exit.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by local management, per the company's Maintenance Checklists.
• Take on other special projects as assigned by location management.

Minimum Qualifications
