Park Place Parking & Fast Park and Relax in Atlanta, GA is seeking a courteous valet to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage while maintaining safety and organization.

The role requires at least one year in customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in a customer service role, hospitality preferred.
• Experience parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide prompt and courteous valet service.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely in designated areas.
• Maintain records of parked vehicles and keys.
• Assist guests with luggage and belongings.
• Keep valet area clean and report maintenance issues.
• Direct traffic flow to minimize congestion.
• Follow safety regulations and wear proper attire.
• Communicate with staff and guests as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
