Job summary

Park Place Parking & Fast Park and Relax is seeking a part-time valet attendant in Atlanta, GA. The role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving cars, and maintaining accurate vehicle records in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist guests with needs, keep the area clean, and ensure safety regulations are followed. The job requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or related setting.
• Proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, following procedures and traffic laws.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including keys and vehicle information.
• Assist guests with strollers and other needs.
• Keep valet area clean and report maintenance issues.
• Direct traffic to minimize congestion and ensure safety.
• Follow safety regulations and dress code; use safety equipment.
• Communicate effectively with staff and security personnel.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
