Job summary

Park Place Parking & Fast Park and Relax in Downtown Atlanta is hiring a valet/bellman for an upscale lifestyle resort. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, issue tags, and provide directions and assistance as needed.

This full-time daytime role in Atlanta, GA 30303 offers $12 per hour plus tips, with a $1 raise after one year. A valid driver’s license, ability to drive manual transmissions, and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license with current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Flexible availability including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Background and drug screening required including MVR.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assign parking space, and issue tags.
• Retrieve tags, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles.
• Provide directions, wheelchair assistance, and vehicle location instructions.
• Move barricades to open/close parking area.
• Calculate parking fees to collect payment.
• Handle cash, make change, balance cash drawer, and record tips.
• Respond to guest complaints.
• Keep parking areas clean and safe.
• Inspect vehicles for damage.
• Monitor lot to prevent damage or theft.
• Escort guests to vehicles when needed.
• Assist with emergencies (flat tires, dead batteries).
• Complete other duties as assigned.
