Job summary

Park Place Parking & Fast Park and Relax in Atlanta, GA seeks a courteous valet attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve cars, and keep records and areas tidy in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will coordinate with security and staff, handle luggage assistance, and maintain a professional appearance while following safety rules. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas, following established procedures and traffic laws.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including keys and vehicle information.
• Assist guests with luggage and other belongings, ensuring their safe handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area, including sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including wearing proper attire and using safety equipment.
• Communicate effectively with other valet attendants, security personnel, and staff members.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
