Job summary

Island Hospitality Management, LLC. is seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead the valet team, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage daily operations for Parking and Vehicle retrieval. The role requires flexible scheduling and a hands-on approach to guest experiences.

The supervisor will oversee staffing, scheduling, and revenue reporting while maintaining professional standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. On-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and be 21 years of age.
• Experience in hospitality or valet services is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy periods.

Job description

As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting guests as the first point of contact and providing superior guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles. You will also oversee all operations and procedures for valet department including scheduling and revenue reporting

This position requires flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age
• Park and retrieve vehicles while providing great customer service
• Open and close car doors while assisting with luggage or other belongings
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return
• Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local roads and routes to area attractions and points of interest
• Having a proper, valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
