Island Hospitality Management in Savannah, GA is seeking an Overnight Valet Attendant who will serve as the first point of contact for guests, parking and retrieving vehicles with courtesy and attention to detail.

You must hold a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old; the job requires flexible scheduling. The role includes assisting guests with luggage and directing traffic in the parking area.

Qualifications

Description

As a Overnight Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting guests as the first point of contact and providing superior guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Job Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age
• Park and retrieve vehicles while providing great customer service
• Open and close car doors while assisting with luggage or other belongings
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return
• Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions

Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of local roads and routes to area attractions and points of interest
• Having a proper, valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
