Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Luggage/Valet Attendant in Fort Lauderdale to be the first contact for guests and provide superior service by parking and retrieving vehicles.

The role requires full-time availability with two overnight shifts per week; schedule may change based on needs. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and coordinating with front desk and bell staff.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage.
• Transport luggage to/from guest rooms safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with front desk/bell staff for timely service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure.
• Load and unload luggage from vehicles.
• Direct traffic and assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Tag, store, and retrieve luggage in luggage room.
