Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a meticulous housekeeping professional to clean and maintain vacation rental properties in Franconia and Lincoln, NH. You will perform thorough cleaning, laundry, restocking amenities, and basic maintenance to ensure guests enjoy pristine, welcoming homes.

This role requires reliable transportation, willingness to work weekends/holidays, and flexible scheduling. Pay is $19–$20 per hour with 20–30 hours per week; training is provided on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Training provided for on-site cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation to frequent sites in NH.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using prescribed cleaning procedures.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean surfaces; move furniture as needed.
• Assist with laundry and linen, restock amenities, and maintain hot tubs (training provided).
• Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets.
• Collect and remove trash and maintain housekeeping metrics.
• Attend mandatory meetings and maintain supplies and inventory.
