You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness and safety, handle cash responsibly, and support teammates across shifts. Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be available weekends. Training is provided with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual and prepared for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job.
