Job summary

Auntie Anne's Hawthorn in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Team Member to provide friendly guest service, bake and serve pretzels, and manage transactions with accuracy. You’ll work on a fast-paced team, arrive on time in uniform, and help keep the store clean and organized while following safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with reliable transportation, weekend availability, and the flexibility to work evenings or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift.
• Dependable attendance with ability to meet scheduled shifts.
• Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts or absences.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow directions and brand standards.
• TB clearance may be required by location.
• Food Handler Certification (current or within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products per brand standards.
• Deliver accurate orders and positive guest experiences.
• Operate registers and handle cash and transactions.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe environment throughout the shift.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform and ready to work.
• Support teammates during busy periods and help store goals.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
