Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, arriving on time for shifts.
• Dependable attendance and ability to meet scheduled shifts.
• Ability to follow directions and brand standards.
• Food Handler Certification current or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform for each shift.
• Support teammates during busy periods and help meet store goals.
• Follow all food safety and operational procedures.
