Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is helpful.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Minimum age 16; 18 for opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments and address customer issues.
• Operate cash register/POS and suggestive-sell to increase sales.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare/package food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area and restrooms.
• Follow health and safety standards and assist with inventory as needed.
• Attend shifts regularly and adhere to dress and grooming standards.
