Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean environment.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and able to work across multiple stations, with flexible availability and a focus on customer satisfaction. Prior customer service experience is helpful; minimum age 16, 18 for opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and handles customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS, uses upsell techniques to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintains punctual attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Collaborates with management to resolve issues.
• Learns team skills and works toward team goals.
