You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, upsell, and maintain cleanliness across kitchen, dining, and restroom areas in a fast-paced environment.

Open to applicants aged 16+ (18+ for opening/closing shifts); must have valid work permits and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16; 18+ to work opening/closing shifts.
• Must possess documents/permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts including weekends.
• Reliable, customer-focused with good math and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and addresses issues.
• Operates cash register and uses suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies order accuracy and prepares/packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas, utensils, dining room and restrooms.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in all areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory; works at multiple stations as needed.
• Maintains prompt, regular attendance on shifts and adheres to grooming standards.
• Collaborates with management to resolve issues and improve team performance.
