Qualifications

• Must have or obtain documents and permits required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor; take orders; process payments; address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS; use upsell techniques to increase sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare/pack food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory; work across multiple stations.
• Attend shifts reliably and adhere to uniform/grooming policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve restaurant issues; support team goals.
