Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking Team Members to deliver fast, bold food and exceptional Guest service in a high-energy setting at our Upper Valley Pike location.

You will build sales by promoting guest satisfaction, respond to Guests’ needs, and complete cross-training across multiple positions while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and food safety certification.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience required or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Food Safety Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to Guests’ needs.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
