Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Virginia is seeking a motivated team member to deliver fast, bold food and outstanding guest service. You will help build sales by ensuring guests have an exceptional experience and by promoting our menu with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include identifying guest needs, escalating concerns to the General Manager, and completing cross-training across multiple positions. You will help keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming while upholding our core values of integrity
