You will also buss and reset tables, handle payments, and support promotional activities.

Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly in English, and follow Chickie’s & Pete’s service standards. Training and a shift meal are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, professional guest service and communication.
• Ability to upsell and promote daily specials to guests.
• Work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Understand menu items and ingredients for guest inquiries.
• Operate a point-of-sale system and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a friendly professional manner.
• Provide education about Chickies style of service and menu items.
• Ensure knowledge to address allergy concerns and questions.
• Smile and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Follow service standards including upselling and suggestive selling.
• Receive Guest payments and process transactions.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest complaints and inform a manager when needed.
• Attend scheduled employee meetings and perform other duties.
