Job summary

Tropicana - Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a team member to support servers and act as a liaison between the kitchen, servers and Guests. The role ensures hot food is delivered hot and cold food cold, with garnish, presentation and preparation assistance in the kitchen.

Responsibilities include delivering to-go orders, bussing and cleaning, and upholding Chickie\'s & Pete\'s service standards while maintaining sanitary handling of food and guest interaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Guest Service: Must consistently assess, anticipate and meet Guests' needs and respond quickly.
• Communication: Must clearly communicate in a professional manner with Guests, vendors, coworkers and management.
• Interpersonal Relationships: Must adapt to different personalities of Guests and coworkers.
• Teamwork: Working together as a team is essential in a restaurant.
• Sales Techniques and Guest Influence: Understand Chickie's & Pete's products and guest needs.
• Physical Activities: Stand long periods; perform cleaning, lifting and moving of materials.
• Problem Solving and Conflict Management: Resolve issues with tact and initiative.
• Language: Must speak and write in English.
• Flexibility: May work overtime and assist others.

Responsibilities
