Job summary

Canopy by Hilton Charlotte Southpark is seeking a friendly Server to provide prompt, accurate food service and guest interactions. You will take orders, serve items, and complete payments while delivering hospitality to guests throughout their dining experience.

• Work experience in hospitality, service, or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Always provide friendly service with a smile.
• Flexible schedule with days, nights, holidays, weekends.
• Arrive on time for every shift and clock out on time.
• Clock in/out for breaks as scheduled.
• Provide notice when calling out as directed by supervision.

Responsibilities

• Friendly Greeting: greet guests with a clear description of options.
• Quick Delivery: transport hot items from kitchen to tables promptly.
• POS Skills: input orders and process payments accurately.
• Barista: prepare coffee and specialty drinks.
• Table Manicure: clear, clean, and reset tables for dining.
• Guest Service: observe diners and respond to requests.
• Side work: complete inventory prep and other duties as assigned.
• Menu Knowledge: know current food and beverage offerings.
• Seating: escort guests to tables as needed.
• Food Safety: follow safety, dating, labeling and cleaning policies.
• Cleanliness: help maintain restaurant and surrounding areas.
• General Hotel Knowledge: know hours and amenities.
