Job summary

White Lodging in Denver is seeking a friendly Server to join our hotel restaurant team. You will deliver outstanding food and beverage service, build guest connections, and help create a welcoming dining atmosphere across shifts.

No prior hotel service is required; we will train the right candidate. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment, excel at communication, and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and growth across properties are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in server/food and beverage preferred but not required; training provided.
• Outgoing personality with passion for guest service.
• Able to stand/move for extended periods and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests with friendly conversation and menu knowledge.
• Complete setup, side work and closing duties for smooth operations each shift.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods and garnishes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, beverage presentation and overall dining.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
