Job summary

White Lodging, Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food & beverage team. You will provide high-quality service, engage guests with menu knowledge, and help create a warm dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from first course to final check.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
