The Old Spaghetti Factory in Spokane, WA is seeking team members to deliver friendly, attentive service in a family-friendly environment. You’ll help guests with menus, process orders, and ensure accurate timing and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and with families.
• Good multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail, especially with orders and payments.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Complete orders and process payments in POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary needs.
