Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly per presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, stocked dining area and assist with clearing tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bartenders, and other servers for smooth operations.
• Upsell daily specials, desserts, and beverages to increase sales.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol service policies.
