Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout the meal.
• Accurately take orders and input into the POS system; ensure accuracy.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and maintain presentation standards.
• Set up and clean tables; maintain a clean dining area and assist with other tasks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers for smooth operations.
• Promote daily specials and upsell to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol-service policies.
