Job summary

BRU Keystone, Indianapolis, IN, part of Cunningham Restaurant Group, seeks a Server to provide friendly, efficient front-of-house service. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced setting.

Previous serving experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. Excellent communication, a team spirit, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are valued at CRG.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide welcoming service.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly per standards.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas; assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers for smooth operations.
• Upsell daily specials, desserts, and beverages to increase sales.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
