Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide welcoming, attentive service.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management staff.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties.
• Follow responsible alcohol service requirements when serving alcoholic beverages.
