Requirements/Responsibilities

Positive attitude, who works well with others and smiles a lot!Prior experience: Yes Please!Responsibilities:Warmly greet guests with specials, menu updates and suggestionsTake and accurately record food and beverage orders with a pos handheldSuggestive upselling such as appetizers, add ons and dessertsMonitor and fulfill guest needs throughout the dining experience.Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environmentProcess payments, including cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment.Requirements:Minimum of 21 years of ageRAMP CertifiedConsistency and ReliabilityCheerful and Positive AttitudeExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.Knowledge of house made brewery and distillery products.Guest-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to an amazing dining experience.
