Two Brothers Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Server to join our team, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a bustling restaurant setting.

You will guide guests through menu choices, share our passion for quality food and craft beverages, and ensure a welcoming, efficient service flow from seating to bill settlement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be a responsible and reliable team player.
• Should have the ability to multitask efficiently
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Must have BASSET and Food Handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares tables, condiments, napkins, service plates and utensils.
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggesting courses; explaining specials; identifying appropriate beer or spirits.
• Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices and special requests.
• Serves orders by delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; replenishes utensils and condiments.
• Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
• Concludes dining experience by acknowledging customers and inviting return.
• Processes guest payments in a timely and courteous manner.

Job Description

Serve patrons by providing information to help food and beverage selections; presenting ordered choices; maintaining dining ambiance. Successful servers are confident about sharing our passion for quality food, handcrafted beers and artisan spirits.

Responsibilities

• Prepares tables, condiments, napkins, service plates and utensils.
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggesting courses; explaining the chefs specials; identifying appropriate beer or spirits; answering food preparation questions.
• Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.
• Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
• Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
• Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant; inviting patrons to return.
• Processes guest payments in a timely and courteous manner
