Requirements and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (All FOH Roles May Include)

• Deliver exceptional, genuine hospitality to every guest
• Build menu and beverage knowledge to confidently guide guest experiences
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Uphold Barley Creek service standards of speed, accuracy, and excellence
• Contribute positively to team culture and guest satisfaction

Specific Role Highlights

Servers/Bartenders

• Provide personalized service, upsell menu features, craft cocktails, and build guest relationships
• Responsible for accurate order entry, cash handling, and guest satisfaction

Hosts

• Create the first and last impression; manage flow of seating and guest communication

Bussers/Expos

• Support service operations by clearing, resetting, running food, and maintaining dining room flow
• Ensure timely delivery and perfect presentation of dishes
