Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Corpus Christi is seeking an enthusiastic Server to provide prompt, friendly, and accurate food service to guests in our hotel restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and describe food and beverage options.
• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables.
• Input orders accurately and handle payments.
• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks as needed.
• Clear and reset tables for dining.
• Observe guests and respond to requests.
• Complete daily inventory prep and side tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings.
• Escort guests to tables and manage seating efficiently.
• Adhere to food safety and handling policies.
