Qualifications

• Score 90% or better on all Health Department inspections.
• Score 90% or better on all mystery shopper reports.
• Adhere to dress code: blue jeans or khakis, ESC shirt/logo, ESC hat, black non-skid shoes.
• All work documented in the operations manual; information is proprietary.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Able to work A.M./P.M. shifts and stand/walk for long periods; English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Bring restaurant issues to FOH Manager for weekly meetings.
• Meet or exceed Water Street Way standards for cleanliness, product quality and guest satisfaction.
• Implement all systems and forms for Bar/Cashier/Bus/Main operations.
• Assist in training of new personnel (Certified Trainer).
• Adhere to Water Street policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff obtain required local permits and certifications.
