Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years serving experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must meet state age requirements for handling alcohol.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Country Club experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and menu items; answers questions and offers suggestions.
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders promptly.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.
• Accounts for checks and cash transactions; uses POS system.
• Follows established standards for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Adheres to service techniques for greeting and cocktail service.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Applies safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
