Job summary

Sterling Grove in Surprise, AZ is seeking a full-time Server to join our hospitality-focused team. You’ll greet guests, describe specials, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years serving experience or training preferred.
• Must be able to meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide immediate attention upon seating.
• Describe daily specials and answer menu questions; make recommendations.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders; ensure timely service.
