Job summary

Sterling Grove in Surprise, AZ is seeking a full-time Server to join Troon Golf, LLC, a global leader in golf and community management. You will provide attentive guest service, describe menu items, take and deliver orders, and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and two years serving experience; country club experience is preferred. This role is on-site at Sterling Grove.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years serving experience and/or training.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Country Club experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes daily specials and answers menu questions.
• Takes and delivers orders promptly after preparation.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Follows POS system and established service standards.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
