Job summary

The Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Server Assistant for the Lobby Bar to help prep dining room and support the server staff. You will welcome guests, attend to their needs, and contribute to a smooth, fast-paced service.

This role requires a positive, team-oriented attitude, strong English communication, the ability to work independently and in a team, and the stamina to stand and lift as needed on site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
• Willing to learn and be fast on your feet.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• All areas are kept clean and immaculate.
• Welcome guests and attend to their every need while assisting the server with various tasks.
• Know all menu items, beverages, and offerings.
• Monitor guests' needs and assist in all phases of operation.
• Reset and clear tables, run food, and maintain front/back of house areas.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, house counts, and outlet hours.
