Job description

You are responsible for creating an exceptional beverage and dining experience through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a polished approach to service. You will prepare and serve beverages with confidence and consistency while maintaining an inviting, well-organized bar that reflects the standards of a luxury resort. With strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, mixers, coffee and espresso beverages, garnishes, and cocktail preparation, you will ensure every beverage is accurately and efficiently prepared and beautifully presented. You will maintain bar and food inventory, accurately process orders and charges, complete opening and closing duties, and keep all bar and service areas clean, stocked, and professionally presented. With a natural ability to build relationships, recognize returning guests, anticipate needs, and provide polished table and beverage service, you will also support as needed by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and partnering with the bartender to create a seamless guest experience.

Beyond guest service, you will take ownership of the daily operation and presentation of the food and beverage experience. You will prepare items on the food menu, fresh fruits, garnishes, and mixes, assist with maintaining appropriate liquor and beverage levels and ensure all products and equipment are properly cared for. You will follow all responsible alcohol service and identification requirements while using sound judgment to protect the safety and well-being of our guests. Whether you are behind the bar crafting a cocktail, assisting a guest with food, or stepping in to help wherever the team needs you, you bring energy, professionalism, and a commitment to creating an effortless experience.
