Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Security Team Member on a full-time basis with a flexible middle shift. You will help create a safe, positive guest experience, patrol the resort, assist in investigations, and support department needs while upholding Bear Creek culture.

The role requires 18+ years old and prior security or customer service experience, HS diploma, and flexibility for peak times. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous security or customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedules with availability during peak times (weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Patrol entire resort area, inside and out.
• Coordinate with other departments for parking needs.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions as necessary.
• Support Bear Creek's policies and procedures.
