Qualifications

• SORA Certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, guests, vendors, and building management in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Track package deliveries and daily activities using building software.
• Log and inform residents of incoming visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain access control and review cameras to ensure resident safety.
• Manage administrative requests on behalf of Property Managers.
• Navigate, troubleshoot, and de-escalate unpredictable situations including maintenance issues.
