ADP, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and controlled environment for residents, visitors, clients, and staff. You will monitor premises, enforce policies, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, incident reporting, and de-escalation of conflicts, while remaining alert and delivering courteous service at all times. You will document daily activity, coordinate with management, and assist residents with directions.

Qualifications

  • Maintain communication with management, staff, and emergency services when needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the property and report maintenance or safety issues.
  • Ensure all safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed.
  • De-escalate conflicts and handle situations in a professional manner.
  • Remain alert and attentive at all times while on duty.
