Responsibilities include patrolling assigned properties, maintaining daily activity logs, communicating with management, and performing routine security duties such as cleaning and enforcing rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of security experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a valid security license in applicable jurisdictions.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report property activity and incidents using incident reports.
• Maintain a daily activity report including patrols, guest communication, and safety concerns.
• Receive calls from management regarding changes in operations or communication.
• Sweep, mop or vacuum floors as needed.
• Follow all security procedures and training.
• Attend required continued training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
