Job summary

Siegel Suites and Select, flagship brands of The Siegel Group, are seeking a Courtesy Patrol Officer to monitor properties and enforce rules to ensure resident safety and security. The role requires security experience, ability to work nights or weekends, and the possibility to obtain a security license.

Duties include documenting incidents, daily patrol reports, and coordinating with management and law enforcement as needed. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of security experience preferred.
• Must be legally able to work in state and federal guidelines.
• Ability to obtain a valid security license where required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report all incidents on assigned property and follow security procedures.
• Maintain a daily activity report including patrols, guest interactions, and violations.
• Respond to management calls and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as assigned (sweep, mop, vacuum).
• Attend required trainings and abide by brand standards.
