Job summary

Crayola Experience Easton is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to assist guests with product selection and ensure a rewarding visit.

You will greet guests, support merchandising, and operate POS while maintaining store standards and safety. Excellent communication and retail experience help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Retail sales experience and ability to work with the public.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions and meet guest satisfaction standards.
• Achieve monthly and seasonal productivity goals.
• Support Crayola's educational mission to use arts for development.
• Merchandise and rework product according to planograms.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with housekeeping.
• Identify safety issues and follow safety standards.
• Process POS operations and cash handling.
• Use salesmanship and suggestive selling to boost revenue.
• Assist receiving, pricing and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization.
