Job summary

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests throughout the dining experience.
• Promote and embody the VIVAMEE Virtues in all guest and team interactions.
• Greet guests, present menus, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and input orders into POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas.
• Assist with opening and closing side work, including restocking and cleaning.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
