Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper plating.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when needed.
• Support bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and improve service quality.
• Follow sustainability guidelines per HHM EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment.
