Qualifications

• Alcohol service certification is a plus.
• Basic math skills to handle money and give correct change.

• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technically perfect service, be edgy, polished, fun, personalized, warm and sincere.
• Serve 4-5 tables as determined by management.
• Verify guest age by checking identifications for alcohol purchases.
• Have complete knowledge of the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings.
• Use a computer to ring orders and process payments.
• Communicate with guests clearly and enthusiastically to make them feel appreciated.
• Be attentive and proactive in offering assistance.
• Work as a team with all staff to maintain a positive atmosphere and efficient service.
• Handle different payment methods and make change.
